No, our photo packages were carefully priced without the aerial photos included. We discussed and deliberated, then decided that offering the Aerial Photos at no additional costs, gives our agents the best opportunity to make their listing stand out and sell fast.

We accept all major credit and debit card payments through Quickbooks as well as business checks mailed to our office. Methods like Paypal and Zelle are available upon request.

The easiest way to answer this question is by simply stating that we shoot all types of properties. No matter large or small we are equipped to get the job done. We are respectful of people’s homes as well as well versed in OSHA regulations for job sites.

As of right now, the most popular method for delivery is through Google Drive. But we can also deliver through dropbox or for an additional charge ship a USB Flash drive.

For most photo jobs expect to receive your photos within 24 hours of us completing the shoot. As for video products expect to receive the final product within 72 hours. Some jobs do require extra attention and may take longer but we will be sure to present you with this information when the appointment is scheduled.

The FAA Part 107 is a certification that is required of all commercial drone pilots. The certification ensures that pilots understand all the regulations that surround flying a drone safely and legally. A test is required to obtain it and it is renewed every 2 years to ensure pilots are caught up on the latest regulations. For more information visit the FAA’s page on Part 107.
